HR Systems & Data: Processes the organisation s human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications. Researches analyses designs and maintains HR information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and may be involved in design of new or modification of existing systems to meet changing business requirements. Job Family Group - HR: Designs implements and monitors human resource programmes and policies including recruitment learning and development performance management compensation benefits employee relations etc. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
