. Minimum 5 years of SFDC experience as an Advanced Administrator/Configurator including Service Cloud
. Strong configuration background in SFDC with a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical
. Expertise with all aspects of configuration including but not limited to: (Profiles Roles Sharing Rules Formula Fields Flows Reports and Dashboards Email to Case Dependent Picklists Case Management Page Layouts and ability to prefill data
. Ability to translate business requirements into innovative SFDC solutions using the most advanced features to get the most out of our investment in Salesforce

1 Email to Case
2 Update case after an email response to a case update
3 Auto-populate Case fields based on related policy and contact information
4 Create filtered views in lieu of queues to allocate cases
5 Create flows (email automation) for case closure and possible other features and criteria
6 Reports and Dashboards
7 Multi-level dependent picklists
8 Transition cases load existing data
