About the role and where you will be working:

As the Executive Assistant you will be the right-hand person to a Chief Executive providing exceptional support to ensure they can focus on strategic initiatives decision-making and achieving organisational goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require a high level of discretion professionalism and precision.

This position is located at our central office in Rivervale.

Duties for this role may include the following:

  • Advising the Chief Executive on matters requiring their attention including managing deadlines and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Identifying and following up on action items from meetings.
  • Preparing and providing documentation for meetings attended by the Chief Executive.
  • Managing the Chief Executives calendar including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing proposals reports spreadsheets briefing papers and presentations as needed.
  • Scheduling Executive and Board meetings preparing agendas and papers attending meetings and recording minutes.
  • Proofreading meeting papers and collaborating with others to ensure accuracy.
  • In the Chief Executives absence identifying matters requiring attention and either taking action or delegating appropriately.

To be considered for this role youll be:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meticulously manage complex calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
  • An exceptional communicator possessing outstanding written and verbal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful anticipating needs identifying potential challenges and taking initiative to solve problems independently.
  • A master of discretion and confidentiality exercising the utmost professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Technologically proficient with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite email management and other relevant software.
