What Youll Do

As our Continuous Improvement Manager youll lead Lean initiatives and oversee our Quality Department across all manufacturing siteswhile primarily working out of our Moscow TN location. Youll drive sustainable improvements in safety quality delivery and cost through hands-on leadership training and cross-functional collaboration. In this role you will:

  • Lead strategic CI initiatives to improve SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery Cost) metrics.
  • Manage the Continuous Improvement Engineer and guide CI efforts at all plant locations.
  • Facilitate GEMBA walks Kaizen events and RCA workshops to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Deliver Lean training programs and support internal certifications (including Blue Belt).
  • Oversee quality systems and standards ensuring ISO compliance and reducing scrap rework and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with Operations Engineering and Supply Chain to eliminate waste and drive standardization.
  • Champion a culture of accountability continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Technology or a related field.
  • 35 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment including direct CI and/or quality leadership.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and/or recognized Lean certification.
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfort with process documentation tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support other locations and corporate CI meetings.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in HVAC coil manufacturing or metals-based industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and KPI tracking dashboards.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g. CQE CQM/OE).
