Job Description
Job Summary
Perform data analysis to investigate the correlation between phenotype and genotype; construct knowledge graphs to identify potential pathways and drug targets using large language models; analyze single-nuclei RNA sequencing and Sanger sequencing data to explore heterogeneities in beta cells in aging-related type 2 diabetes; develop SNP-based pipelines for demultiplexing snRNA-Seq using natural DNA sequence variants; develop software applications to meet project needs; work with researchers to analyze problems and develop new solutions; use Python Bash Script R Variant Caller and Demultiplexing.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics plus 6 months of experience in job offeredor as a Bioinformatician.
Salary: $112258-$120000 per year
