Job Description
Job Title: ERP Implementation Intern
Location: Denver CO
Duration: 90 days
Department: Business Operations
Reports To: ERP Project Manager or Implementation Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Interns to support our ongoing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation for a eBOS manufacturing business. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ERP systems contribute to a critical organizational project and work alongside cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support data migration activities including data cleansing validation and mapping.
- Participate in system testing including creating test scripts and logging issues.
- Help prepare user documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with Business development Engineering IT finance supply chain and other departments to support successful ERP rollout.
- Attend project meetings and assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Research and benchmark ERP best practices and functionality.
- Provide administrative support to the ERP project team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite) is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana).
- Understanding of business processes such as finance procurement inventory or HR.
