About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and support capital projects continuous improvement projects and cost saving activities. The goals being to deliver the projects in time and according to financial plan based on confirmed Capex requirements.
This position will be located at our manufacturing site in Neenah WI.

What You Will Do
- Lead and support projects across the site from feasibility to project completion.
- Justify prepare execute and deliver capital projects.
- Apply proven project management principles to ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and meet expected deliverables.
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies as needed.
- Provide mechanical expertise to support other functional areas within the site.
- Generate technical requirement specifications for new equipment.
- Lead and support a wide range of projects including facilities production and support equipment.
- Manage contractors in compliance with all Essity safety and environmental policies.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical engineering preferred).
- Five years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum two years of project management experience.
- Proficient with drafting or 3D modelling software.
