Job Description

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the provider recruitment team by managing the onboarding process of clinicians joining Trinity Health and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. This position ensures a seamless experience for newly hired providers and supports recruiters in the execution of search and hiring activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Licenses and Certifications Required
      • None
    • Educational Requirements

      • Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.

    • Experience Requirements
      • 2 years of administrative or coordination experience preferably in healthcare recruitment or HR.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
      • Experience in physician or healthcare recruitment preferred.
    • Special Skills or Training Requirements
      • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
