An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bakery Technologist Engineer to join our Lantmnnen Unibake team at our bakery in Pantelimon Ilfov.
In this role you will create develop and deliver new bakery products.
This is what you will do
- Create/Adapt formulas specifications processing procedures and any other technical material that allow for consistent and reliable execution of the bakery products;
- Maintain proper documentation on product formulations testing and evaluation of products;
- Work closely with Production team to deliver these new product opportunities within the production environment including how the new products can be manufactured to key operational throughput efficiency cost and waste parameters and the scheduling resourcing and managing of production trials;
- Collaborate with Technical and Quality teams to ensure the product specifications and new raw material specifications are established and agreed for each new launch;
- Collaborate with Purchasing team to ensure the right raw materials / packaging are sourced to the right quality parameters and costs;
- Work closely with ingredients and equipment suppliers to ensure we are up to date with the technical developments within the industry and are incorporating the right solutions within the products we create and develop;
- Collaborate with Unibake International and other cluster / countries for sharing knowledge and best practice.
