Were looking for you if you have:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality including at least 3 years as a Hotel General Manager with an international brand.
- Proven track record in driving hotel profitability and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments: rooms F&B housekeeping sales & marketing.
- Solid background in financial planning budgeting forecasting and cost control.
- Experience working with international hotel brands and managing relationships with owners and corporate offices.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and ensure excellence across all departments.
- Oversee financial performance: manage budgets maximize revenue and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation international brand policies and Mogotel Hotel Group standards.
- Recruit train and motivate a strong team promoting a culture of service quality and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with guests team members partners and stakeholders.
- Continuously drive service quality guest satisfaction and operational improvements.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Hospitality Business or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hungarian
- The ability to lead through changeexperience with hotel openings transitions or rebranding is a plus.
- Familiarity with PMS RMS and other hotel management systems.
