Senior AV Engineer
Initial 12-months Contract Role
On-site in London
500 525 Inside IR35
ECS Resource group are currently working with a Worlds Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to support the full development life cycle of AV installations.
As an AV Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems including managing projects troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance.
- Act as the key intermediary between senior AV leadership and junior team memberssupporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
- Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
- Manage AV installation milestones coordinating signoffs and handovers to operational support teams.
- Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
- Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project lifecycle.
Please note the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
- Strong understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
- Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment managing tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
