National Home Move have an exciting new career opportunity for an Outbound Sales Agent based at the Your Move Doncaster Branch.
National Home Moveare a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
The role:
Are you ready to be part of an exciting new venture We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our outbound sales team within the thriving NHM Your Move & Reeds Rains franchise. This is a fantastic opportunity to generate new business and help grow our estate agency network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads promoting our estate agency services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities generating appointments and leads.
- Engage with prospects to explain the benefits of our services and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering excellent customer service at every stage.
- Record and track all activities and progress in our CRM system to ensure follow-ups are timely.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for generating new business.
- Knowledge of estate agency services or property management is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
