You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Assistant General Manager your responsibility will include:
- Covering General Manager duties when he is not on site
-Creating a relationship with the guest throughout their stay
-Coordinating and organise the services available to guests on a daily basis
-Facilitating the development of their staff by helping to bring out the best in them and by supporting them in their career development
-Participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees
-Participating in the analysis of results and the implementation of any necessary corrective actions
-Overseeing the quality of the hotels services and performance through guest comments and feedback
-Working with the General Manager to draw up a sales action plan for the hotel and oversee its implementation
-Drawing up the employees work schedules ensuring that manpower is organised in relation to the hotels activity and in line with local regulations and budget
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who:
-Would have proven hospitality experience
-Can work under pressure
- Is dependable honest dedicated and enthusiastic
-Is a fast-learner and great at multi-tasking
-Critical thinking and problem solving is their second nature
