With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design KLAs Global Products Group (GPG) which is responsible for creating all of KLAs metrology and inspection products is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist software engineers application development engineers and senior product technology process engineers. The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division provides industry leading metrology solutions for worldwide semiconductor IC manufacturers. The FaST Division portfolio of metrology products includes hardware and software solutions for optical film thickness optical critical dimension (CD) composition and resistivity measurement systems. These products are essential for the IC manufacturers as they provide critical metrology capabilities for the development and implementation of their advanced IC processes. The FaST division is committed to support our customers to achieve performance entitlement of our solution and we effectively partner with our customers from their early research and development phase to the high volume in-line manufacturing implementation specific for their process needs. We are seeking aDevOps/SCM Engineerto help power our CI/CD infrastructure and configuration management systems. Work with cutting-edge tools collaborate with world-class developers and make a real difference in how we build test and release software.
What Youll Be Doing
- Automating builds and integrating new tools to supercharge our CI/CD pipelines
- Crafting and maintaining robust scalable build scripts
- Collaborating closely with developers to optimize the build and release process
- Supporting source code management tools like RTC Git and GitHub for a 40 member dev team
- Leading deployments on Windows-based systems
- Monitoring daily builds and ensuring timely hotfix releases
- Handling configuration management and generating release packages
What You Provide
- Expertise in source control tools like GitHub RTC and Azure DevOps
- Strong scripting chops in PowerShell Python or command scripts
- Hands-on experience with CI tools like Jenkins and Azure Pipelines
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
- Proven understanding of configuration management tools
- Experience with application packaging (InstallShield is a plus!)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and SQL/database management
- Comfort with build releases in C/C/C# Python and more
- Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube Coverity and code review systems

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
