Call Center Customer Service Representative - Member Support
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
- Respond to member inquiries using a computerized system and standard scripts
- Gather information assess caller needs research and resolve issues
- Provide clear concise information on eligibility provider changes and benefits
- Follow documented procedures for call handling and escalation
- Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met
Requested Skills:
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Clear and confident communication
- Strong multitasking and time management
- Excellent attention to detail grammar and spelling
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year in medical insurance or a medical office setting
- Experience with data entry and database documentation
- Previous call center or professional office experience
