We are seeking a talented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for defining reviewing and executing test cases. The QA Analyst I will work closely with the software developers and business analysts to understand the technical design of the applications and ensure testability of the application. As a Salesforce QA Analyst I you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform by working closely with the business stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies tools and processes
- Ability to perform functional Integration and End-to-End testing
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce. Preferably Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features functionality and limitations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and security model
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Experience with Test Automation software is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g. Administrator AdvancedAdministrator).
Salesforce QA Analyst I Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop test plans test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct functional regression integration performance and work with business for UAT testing of Salesforce applications.
- Log track and retest defects
- Document test results track defects and work closely with development teams and business to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline testing processes and improve testing efficiency.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.
- Work with business functional leads to develop UAT test scripts as well as assisting in executing and recording test results.
