Your Mission
As aProduction Coordinatoryou willassist our Mobile Production team in achieving our quality and creative goals for Call of Duty: Mobile. You will work closely with our Product Managers and Producers to maintain milestone schedules track feature and content status and communicate team progress to the rest of the studio. The Production Coordinator will gain insight into our AAA game production processes and play a key role in facilitating those processes to provide our larger team with what they need to excel.
What you bring to the table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours so this role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Capture meeting notes and action items
Create and update Jira tickets
Monitor production deadlines and priorities
Coordinate workflows between internal and external partner teams
Minimum Requirements
Experience
1 years of experience in game film or technology development
Experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
Knowledge & Skills
General understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. scheduling tracking reporting)
Excellent verbal and written communication
System use/knowledge (e.g. presentation skills C programming)
Key Attributes
Desire to pursue a career in game production
Ability to thrive in a challenging and ambiguous environment
Takes direction well and is calm under pressure

Experience
Experience with a variety of project management tools (JIRA Confluence Shotgun etc.)
Has taken on a Producer/Project Manager role for a creative project (e.g. school project indie game etc.)
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in written and verbal Mandarin

You can learn more by visiting the U.S. the standard base pay range for this role is $20.77 - $38.46 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
