Job Description
This is a senior level role. Were looking for someone who has experience shipping products or platforms end-to-end in a startup environment.
What youll do
Architect and build core frontend for our collaborative cloud platform.
Own technical roadmap of features as they related to the customer facing experience.
Iterate quickly with Design and other engineers to deliver super-fast extremely intuitive experiences in the web browser.
Create flexible infrastructure and components so we can move quickly and maintain a cohesive design language as the team and product grow.
What youre good at
Going from 0 to 1 in ambiguous settings.
Fluent in Typescript React NextJS and Tailwind.
Familiar with Postgres ORMs Node (Express).
Comfortable using internal APIs to build very complex front-end interfaces and components.
Translating sophisticated Figma UI/UX into pixel perfect implementations in browser.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $200k-$300k.
All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
