Job Focus Area:
Position will involve assisting all staff members with legal research in various matters pertaining to the operations of the Louisiana Department of Education and pleading discovery brief and memorandum preparation as needed in legal proceedings involving the Louisiana Department of Education. The Student Worker will also assist in gathering and organizing of documentary evidence in matters before courts and administrative proceedings.
Preferred Experience:
Law student entering 2nd year of law school. Experience with legal research.
