What You Will Do at ODM:

Classification: Financial Manager PN
As the Federal Reporting Financial Manager you will be responsible for the oversight of the Cost Allocation and Coding Section. You will:
- Manage the preparation of ODMs Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan
- Manage the preparation and submission of the administrative reporting on the CMS 64/21
- Manage ODMs chart of accounts
- Manage the preparation and submission of additional federal and state financial reports (i.e. SEFA GAAP FFATA)
- Manage grants and fund reconciliation processes
- Provide consultation and advice on state and federal regulation regarding Administrative Federal Reporting and the agencys Cost Allocation Plan
The preferred candidate will have a proven record of applying a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems collaborating across divisions and agencies and providing accurate guidance on state and federal regulation.

-Or 12 mos. exp. as Financial Program Manager 66585.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. NOTE: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.

Compensation is as listed on the posting unless required by legislation or union contract.
The work location of this position is 50 West Town Street Columbus Ohio 43215. You will be required to report to this work location full-time if selected.
Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation. Or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license from state of residence.
