Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse & Fleet Manager to oversee the management of vehicles and trailers ensuring efficient operations proper material ordering and proactive vehicle maintenance. This role requires a disciplined leader who embodies our core valuesresults-driven inspirational accountable transparent disciplined and alignedcontributing to the overall success and safety of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of company vehicles and trailers ensuring maintenance safety compliance and scheduling are proactively managed to minimize downtime and operational costs.
Material Ordering & Inventory Management: Plan and coordinate the procurement of materials maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet operational demands while reducing waste and ensuring timely delivery.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Schedule regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles and trailers are in excellent condition promoting safety and longevity.
Operational Organization: Organize logistics and transportation schedules to optimize efficiency reduce costs and meet deadlines.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor warehouse and fleet staff fostering a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet operations comply with company policies local regulations and safety standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance inspections material stock levels and operational reports.
Proactivity & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational issues and implement solutions proactively to minimize disruptions.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
