Job Description
Schwarz Global Services offers excellent IT solutions and business financial services for the internationally operating Schwarz Group. Besides acting as an excellent go-to technology provider which ensures access to innovative and scalable IT solutions Schwarz Global Services provides business financial services for the whole group. Kaufland Lidl Schwarz Produktion PreZero and other Schwarz companies are among the customers of Schwarz Global Services.
The impact you will create
- Process on time and with accuracy the cost accounting invoices/credit notes according to the local country requirements
- Formal verification of the cost documents
- Assign the correct GL cost centers and other necessary data for each document
- Reviewing processed documents and releasing them for payment approval
- Implementing document processing adjustments according to the local country requests/fiscal updates
- Clarify invoice details with the vendor/approver department
- Tracking the suppliers and the booked documents in the system for various checkings
Experience and skills you will need
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance and Accounting or related field
- MS Office: Word Excel (Basic level)
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must knowledge of German is an advantage
- Self-starter and ability to work independently but also in a team
- Proactive analytical and solution-oriented way of working combined with economic thinking and action
- Professionalism and easy integration into the team
- Good communication skills
