Job Description
We are seeking a reliable proactive and experienced individual to care for and manage the grounds of our private estates. This is a full-time role (approx. 7:00 AM 4:00 PM with some flexibility) starting August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive care of lawns flowers trees and seasonal landscaping
- General handyman duties including gutter clearing gate repairs fencing and odd jobs
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the estate
- Working closely with the owner who will provide direction and oversight
Ideal Candidate:
- 10 years stable experience in estate management gardening or golf course groundskeeping
- Strong knowledge of grass care trees and flowers
- Self-sufficient trustworthy and positive in attitude
- Shows initiative and takes pride in their work
- Excellent references required; no job-hoppers please
