About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced Bus Driver / Utility staff to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management Catering Transport Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West WA.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the transportation of Residents around the Village Site and Airport in addition to general grounds / utility maintenance of the Village. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required.
Duties include:
- Transportation of Residents
- Completion of Vehicle Pre-Starts and required Safety Reporting / Compliance
- Maintenance of a Clean and Tidy vehicle
- Village Waste Management
- General Grounds / Utility Maintenance & upkeep including Ablutions
- Assist other departments from time to time if required
About You
To join our team you will be an experienced Bus Driver (< 52-Seater) and Grounds / Utility Maintenance worker with a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others and a passion to provide quality work and service with a smile at all times:
You will possess:
- Australian Working Rights
- VALID HR License including PDT Authorisation
- Ability to pass a Commercial Drivers Assessment (Fitness to drive Medical Assessment) plus a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)
- Previous experience at a Village preferred
- The following experience / qualifications with Camp Facilities such as First Aid Certificate III / IV Commercial Cookery or Hospitality HRWL (LF) RSA / Approved Manager ARO Certification and Cleaning (desirable)
Additionally you will also possess the following skills:
- Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e. MS Office online/web-based Payroll & Training requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-motivator
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace with excellent customer service skills
- Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
