Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage coach availability and ensure seamless operations between users and yoga coaches.
- Onboard yoga coaches contributing to the company s growth and expansion
- Monitor and manage coach availability based on user demand ensuring optimal scheduling
- Negotiate better pricing with yoga coaches optimizing cost savings for the company
- Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance the user experience
- Build and nurture a community of yoga coaches to enhance engagement and retention
- Address escalations and feedback from yoga coaches effectively ensuring satisfaction and performance improvement
Requirements:
- MBA from a top-tier university
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (in any industry).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle escalations and feedback professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
