• Implement and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Provide training and support for Kinaxis users across the organization
• Develop and refine supply chain forecasting models
• Assist in process improvements and continuous performance enhancements
• Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics
• Resolve any system-related issues or data discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals
• Contribute to the development of best practices for supply chain management
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes
• Participate in user acceptance testing for new functionalities
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
• Support the integration of Kinaxis with other enterprise systems

• 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or management
• Proficiency in Kinaxis RapidResponse software
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SQL Excel or similar tools is preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Project management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is advantageous
• Certifications in supply chain management (CSCP CPIM) are a plus
