What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules considering material availability machine capacity labor resources and customer delivery requirements.
- Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand material shortages or unforeseen production issues.
- Monitor the flow of raw materials work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a smooth production process
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
- Track production progress against established schedules identifying deviations and potential risks.
- Generate regular reports on production status on-time delivery performance and inventory levels.
- Proactively communicate production issues delays and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and control processes.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including manufacturing quality engineering and supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding production status and delivery commitments.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: year or more of SAP experience
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with MRP Planning
- Previous experience as a Buyer
- Experience within a SIOP capacity

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
