What Youll Do:
As a Teaching Assistant at Sproutlings youll support the lead teacher and classroom by:
Assisting with daily lessons and structured play activities
Working one-on-one or with small groups of children
Preparing lesson materials and educational tools
Ensuring the classroom is clean safe and stimulating
Supervising children at all times and ensuring a secure environment
Providing positive guidance and implementing behavior policies
Supporting hygiene nap times and nutritious meals/snacks
Participating in songs stories and sensory play
Following all emergency procedures and safety policies
Contributing to a developmentally appropriate and inclusive classroom
What Youll Bring:
Experience as a Childcare Assistant or Classroom/Teaching Aide
A passion for working with children of all abilities
Strong multitasking communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A high level of patience empathy and enthusiasm
Willingness to learn and follow all policies including state licensing regulations
Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
