Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile methods (SAFe Scrum Kanban)
- Experience in applications design development testing and implementation
- DevSecOps experience
- CI/CD experience
- Human Centered Design
- Familiarity with Application Security
- Must have experience in Business Rule solution development and implementation using industry leading products/solutions e.g. Azure Business Rules Engine Azure Logic Apps Engine aligned to customer business processes and automation
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath
- Experience in GitHub / GitOps
- Java Springboot Angular experience
- Applications transformation into Azure Cloud (Microservices Containers)
- Must be a US Citizen
- TS/SCI Clearance
- 10 years of experience may have supervisory or lead experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 5.0 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification with 3 years of experience and one or more of the following: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification Project Management Professional (PMP).
