Job Description Impact Environmental Group is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and results-driven Site Manager to oversee daily facility operations with a strong focus on safety compliance and efficiency. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our service site ensuring alignment with company goals regulatory standards and productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of operational leadership technical knowledge (particularly in fabrication/welding) and administrative skills. Responsibilities - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow regulatory compliance (OSHA IEG Safety etc.) and timely completion of projects.
- Supervise site personnel participate in hiring training and performance evaluations in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high safety and operational standards.
- Monitor and manage resource use budget tracking and overall efficiency of operations.
- Ensure production processes align with safety quality and delivery standards.
- Work with leadership to create implement and maintain operational policies SOPs and best practices.
- Lead efforts to implement process improvements and lean initiatives to enhance site productivity.
- Ensure team adherence to procedures and provide continuous coaching and development.
- Assist in defining and executing facility goals operating plans and capital improvement projects.
- Generate and analyze site-related reports KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Sales and Administration to ensure site operations support overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
Qualifications - 3 years of supervisory experience in a fabrication welding or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication release/Site Survey forms.
- Strong working knowledge of production processes environmental and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage operations and execute on strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in interpreting production documents and site-related forms.
