We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team inNew Haven CT. In this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative and supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
Licensure: Active or eligible APRN license in the state of Connecticut.
Experience: While 1-2 years of experience in primary care internal medicine or family practice is preferred new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills with a commitment to delivering holistic patient-focused care.
