EnerStar Rentals & Services is currently recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented CDL Driver with Belly Dump experiencefor a season project with full-time hours inFairview MT. This position would be localized deliveries. Starting and finishing time each day out of EnerStars yard in Fairview MT.
Communicate with Branch Manager or Supervisor on a consistent basis.- Communicate in a professional manner with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients.
- Adhere to safe driving practices.
- Maintain an accurate and legal DOT logbook including but not limited to: electronic log paper log proper record keeping proper notations etc.
- Verify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to leaving.
- Daily completion of DOT Pre Trip/ Post Trip.
- All other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with Belly Dump experience spreading and stock piling gravel on locations or roadways as required.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
- Must be proficient in the reading writing and speaking of the English language.
- 2 years verifiable experience required 5 years experience preferred.
- Willingnessand ability to properly utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Must be an active listener respond in professional manner.
- Able to run electronic software including but not limited to Smart phones computers metering devices etc.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills required.
- Able to take direction from Supervisors and Managers.
- Able to remain seated for long periods of time.
- Able to bend and stoop frequently.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-Motivator ability to motivate others.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Please note the following:
A conviction of DUI/DWI/OUI refusing a substance test charges of reckless driving hit and run eluding police drag racing or driving on a suspended/revoked license will result and disqualification for this position.
2 at fault auto accidents in the previous 3 years this will result in disqualification for this position.
Three or more minor driving infractions in the previous 3 years will result in disqualification for this position.
Home every night.
Example ofpotential earnings pre-tax.
$29/ hr at regular time (1st 40 hours worked) $1160.00
$43.50/ hr (overtime rate; 40 hours ; 16 hours) $ 696.00
$1856.00 / week
$3712.00 / pay period
