Job Purpose
The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission culture and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the face of the hospital to guests and the voice of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.
Available Shifts
We are seeking part-time or occasional Guest Relations staff to fill a minimum of 2 of the following shifts:
Every Monday evening shift - 4:30p - 9:00p
Every Tuesday evening shift - 4:30p - 9:00p
Every Saturday eveningshift - 4:30p - 9:00p
Every other Sunday day shift - 8:00a - 4:30p
Every otherSunday evening shift- 4:30p - 9:00p
Potential to pick up additional shifts when available!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duty
Percent of Time
Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller.

Greet check-in and direct guests patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations.

Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations

Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred.
Experience:
1 years in customer service hospitality role
1 year in administrative clerical or similar role
License/Certification/Credential:
