In one of our Manufacturing roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply planning inventory management or a similar role.
Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software (e.g. SAP Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Supply Planner & Inventory Analyst for the SEA region will be responsible for managing the supply network planning and traded goods planning for BCC category inventory projections and service work processes for the region. This role involves ensuring optimal inventory levels effective supply planning and timely identification and mitigation of risks to meet customer and business needs.
Supply Network Planning: Lead the supply and deployment planning for the SEA market for baby and childcare category-1600 MSU and 600 SKUs Manage the planning of traded goods ensuring efficient supply chain operations across 45 network locations. Develop and maintain supply plans that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
Inventory Management: Conduct inventory projections and consolidations for quarterly monthly and weekly cycles Utilize statistical methods and tools (e.g. Power BI) to manage inventory levels and analyze plan vs. actual performance for SEA inventory $43M 90 days DIO. Identify and mitigate inventory and service level risks in a timely manner.
Service and Inventory Analysis: Perform service root cause analysis (RCA) and action planning for the SEA market for personal care Provide detailed inventory and service analytics to support decision-making processes. Develop scenarios to manage risks and recommend the best course of action.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing ECM logistics procurement and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Represent the supply planning team in monthly multi-functional initiative execution meetings. Collaborate with regional and mill finance teams for quarterly financial planning.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve supply planning processes to enhance accuracy reliability and flexibility. Ensure that the planning functions understand and meet the needs of internal customers within the supply chain and business functions. Track analyze and project inventory and service level results to align with targets and upper/lower boundaries.
