Field Care Supervisor Domiciliary Care

30 Hours per Week From 12.75 per Hour

Our client an award-winning domiciliary care company is looking for a dedicated and organised Field Care Supervisor to support the quality and delivery of care across their local services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate professional ready to step into a leadership role that blends office-based responsibilities with hands-on community care.

Working 30 hours per week this role is ideal for someone who is flexible thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both service users and frontline care teams.

What Youll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the health and social care sector.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A calm proactive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call duties and provide occasional hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medication audits spot checks and staff supervisions to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Carry out monthly service user reviews and customer satisfaction visits to maintain high standards of care.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and care regulations.
  • Cover care calls when required due to sickness or annual leave including clinical shifts.
  • Take part in a shared on-call rota to support out-of-hours care delivery.
