Job Description
The Chemgineering Group is a global consulting and engineering company with branches in Switzerland Germany Austria Spain Mexico Poland and Serbia. As specialists for efficient processes we design and implement demanding projects for various industries in the fields of pharmaceuticals biotechnology fine chemicals medical technology cosmetics vitamins diagnostics and food.
Your Tasks
- Design and planning of automation systems and manufacturing IT systems in the process industry (focus on regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals)
- Creation of electrical I&C and automation concepts based on project-specific process plant planning and process engineering
- Preparation of specifications and tender documents for hardware instrumentation and automation components ready for awarding comparison of bids and technical award recommendation if necessary
- Programming control software and visualizations for automation systems
- Creating and editing automation documentation with the user software systems available on the market
- Co-designing the department portfolio with regard to Industry 4.0 MTP NOA MOM as well as SPE APL
- If necessary support our well-known customers with acceptances installations commissioning and qualification
- Reporting and documenting activities according to specifications
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or studies (specializing in electrical engineering automation technology) or comparable training
- Professional experience also in comparable activities ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the installation and servicing of process systems
- Knowledge of standard hardware (electrical instrumentation and automation components) and the associated software (control SCADA systems and DCS systems) e.g. Simatic Batch PCS7
- Preferably experience in programming automation and visualization systems (incl. commissioning)
- Ideally you also have basic knowledge of industrial IT/OT
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training
- Independence reliability ability to work in a team and resilience
- Ability and willingness to work in a team strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel mainly in the D/A/CH region
- Driving license Cat. B
