In this role you will have the chance to work onsite at our Hutchins IA location.
With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.50 per hour based on experience this position offers the opportunity for growth and development in the agriculture industry. We also give you a $1500 sign-on bonus.

As an Grain Elevator Location Operator youre at the heart of our operation managing essential tasks such as receiving storing handling and loading grain with precision and care. You also maintain and clean grain facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. During the bustling seasons you have the opportunity to cross-train and support our agronomy department showcasing your adaptability and teamwork.
With a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability you consistently demonstrate your initiative to work independently while also working in a team environment when needed. Heres what you need to qualify:
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods working in confined spaces and at elevated heights bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders and working in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- A valid drivers license and good driving record
