Hotel Management & Consultingis seeking proven hands-on leader to fill our District Manager position based out of Kansas City.
This is a highly visible position responsible for leadership and oversight of numerous hotel properties in Kansas Missouri Iowa and Nebraska.

Being an HMC District Manager:
As a District Manager with HMC you will be responsible for multi-state leadership to include hiring training and motivating your team General Managers cost control reporting marketing multiple locations and driving a commitment to quality.

District Manager Functions:
- Financial: Revenue & budget administration and control; Analysis of P&L and General Ledger statements
- Leadership: Motivating hotel team members to include hiring General Managers guiding hotel disciplinary concerns and training
- Sales: Relationship building with vendors Chamber of Commerce Visitors Bureaus client sources etc. to sustain revenue growth and account retention
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
- 1 years experience in marketing outside sales and/or business development
- Proven team development and leadership background
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual English/Spanish
- CHA
