Job Description
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to work in chiropractic/physical therapy clinic full time in Dayton NJ. The incoming Physical Therapist will be the primary therapist for this location and will be working with and overseeing the PTA. Ideally they incoming Physical Therapist has strong manual therapy skills emphasis on hands on direct care and is already credentialed in-network as an individual Physical Therapy provider (not part of group contract) so that they can start treating patients from day 1. Must be a team player who enjoys collaborating with a fun group of multidisciplinary providers! This unique opportunity allows for clinical autonomy as a lead physical therapist but also offers a diverse work environment with multidisciplinary collaboration.

Our clinic prides itself on quality patient care and doing whats right for our patients. We do not double book patients so that we can provide one on one time for comprehensive individualized care. We schedule 2 patients per hour allowing ample time to provide great service time to properly document patient encounters and prevent provider burnout. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
- Supervise and advise PTA
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy school
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- Clinical experience with a passion for practicing physical medicine in an orthopedics/sports medicine setting.
- Additional manual therapy and corrective exercise certifications encouraged
- Credentialed in-network as an individual Physical Therapy provider highly preferred
- $90k per year
