POSITION SUMMARY
Monitor and maintain safety security and cleanliness of parking areas/levels and report any security or safety problems. Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensure staff is informed. Unlock/open and close/secure parking facility. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Document and report all vehicle incidents (i.e. damages accidents). Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify recommend develop and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency productivity quality safety and/or cost-savings. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g. small print). Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g. run walk jog). Stand sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. Move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $22.00 per hour and offers health care benefits flexible spending accounts 401(k) plan earned paid time off and/or sick leave life insurance disability coverage and other life and work wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility waiting period contribution and other requirements and conditions.
