Residential Positions
Direct Support Professional / Mental Health Worker
Full-Time & Part-Time Bloomington Inver Grove Heights Minnetonka South St. Paul Maple Grove and Metro Float Options
Provide direct support and independent living skills training in our 24-hour residential programs.Program Manager
Full-Time Minnetonka & South St. Paul
Oversee site operations staff supervision and quality of care in residential settings.
Integrated Community Supports (ICS)
ICS Mental Health Worker
Full-Time Dakota & Ramsey Counties
Deliver support in supportive apartments assist with crisis de-escalation and promote independence.
Community-Based Positions
IHS Community Mental Health Worker
Full-Time & Part-Time Hennepin & Dakota Counties
Teach independent living skills and build flexible caseloads in a community setting.Housing Stabilization Specialist
Full-Time Up to 75% Remote
Help clients access and maintain stable housing through case management and advocacy.
