What you will do:
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will assist with the Department of Revenues employment and recruitment program.


Primary job duties include:
  • Creating job posting drafts vacancy announcements and job advertisements.
  • Monitoring applicant pools and screening applications to be forwarded to hiring managers.
  • Responding to information requests from selected candidates management outside agencies and the general public.
  • Sending assessments to candidates and the results to hiring managers.
  • Maintaining the Employment and Recruitment email proxy boxes.
  • Assisting with maintaining recruitment-related statistical data.
  • Supporting the dual employment program and reviewing request for dual employment.
  • Assisting with career fairs and other special projects.
  • Maintaining the resume database and initiating contact with prospective applicants.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Either:

  1. A bachelors degree and relevant experience. OR
  2. Relevant experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources (DSHR).


Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning


And:
  • A valid drivers license
