Job Description

We are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest organized Humble. Experience in a small business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical organizational with reasoning skills.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.
  • Payroll Payroll taxes
  • Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries
  • General Ledger maintenance
  • Maintain company contracts vendor and other accounting files
  • Will report directly to the President of the company.
  • Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling meetings organization direction and communication with the staff of the company.
  • Assist the President with any personal management needs.
Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision
Additional/Enhanced Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of small business experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
