Job Description
Job Role: Project Test Manager
Exp: 9 years
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities
This position has primary responsibility for the end to end delivery of testing on the HRIS/Payroll Project.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
Test Planning and Team Supervision
Developing comprehensive test strategies test plans for Project Bruce
Overseeing QA team members assigning tasks providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
Ensuring that all testing activities are appropriately resourced
Test Execution and Issue Tracking
Managing and executing test cases monitoring progress and ensuring thorough testing of all aspects of Project Bruce
Identifying tracking and resolving defects and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
Ensuring that appropriate test reporting is communicated to stakeholders during the test phase of Project Bruce
Performance and/or Automation Testing
Designing and implementing performance tests and/or developing and maintaining automated test scripts and ensuring efficient and effective testing processes
Skills Required:
5 years of Test management with experience across functional non-functional testing vendor management and automation
Exposure to Performance and Automation testing tools and processes
Exposure to Service Release and Change Management processes
Broad Experience with Testing methodologies testing types processes and practices.
Extensive experience working in an IT environment including working to standards such as ITIL and with common test Management tools in an integrated environment.
Proven experience working on complex projects that involve working across multiple locations with multiple business units and external vendors
Prior experience working on HRIS and Payroll projects is highly desirable.
