Job Description
Independently sets up and performs experiments and procedures in support of lab goals and grant commitments (e.g. assays cell/tissue culture animal studies etc.). Contributes to the planning design and modification of studies and experiments in the research lab setting. Monitors results reports unusual outcomes and suggests modifications. Collects enters summarizes and analyzes data. May oversee and assist with the training of residents fellows and temporary lab personnel in lab techniques. Works with minimal supervision and performs assignments independently as discussed and approved by Principal Investigator.
As a hybrid role this is a work arrangement that supports a combination of offsite (remote) and on-site work according to business needs. On-site expectations are determined by the supervisor and will be discussed during the interview.
This is a limited tenure position that has been approved for 12 months and may have the possibility of turning into a regular position.

Michael P. Gustafson Ph.D. is seeking a talented individual for a Sr. Tech position within his program candidate should have Human Cellular Therapy Laboratory experience.
Qualifications
Requires bachelors degree in biology chemistry or other relevant science with 4 years of research laboratory experience.
Masters degree in biology chemistry or other relevant science preferred.
