Join our Team as the next General Manager Designate
Location: Warsaw IN (with regular regional travel and future relocation ability is a must!)

This isnt just a training roleits a launchpad for the next generation of Wildman leadership. Youll work directly with our Chief Operating Officer and General Managers to drive:
- Strategic growth initiatives
- Operational excellence
- Leadership development across teams
- Lean and continuous improvement projects
- New business opportunities in local markets
All while learning our business from the ground up and building relationships that matter.
What Youll Do
- Complete a robust rotational training plan across departments and locations
- Support local GMs and their Production & Service teams in operations and people development
- Lead special projects that impact the bottom line
- Help shape and implement strategies for customer growth and retention
- Travel regularly to Wildman locations across the region to collaborate and lead
- Live and model our core values in every interaction
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior General Manager experience leading multiple functions (multi-site preferred)
- Proven ability to develop people and lead through others
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate for future leadership roles
- Alignment with Wildmans values and mission to keep facilities clean safe and looking great
Location
- Home Base: Warsaw IN
- Travel: Regular travel to regional locations is required
- Future Placement: This role is designed for future placement in a senior operational leadership role location TBD
