Job Description
East Central Regional State Hospital through Whitestone Healthcare
Gracewood Campus (Developmentally Delayed): 100 Myrtle Boulevard Gracewood Dr North View GA 30812
Pay and Benefits:
Local rates pay packages for those 50 miles away
Paid every Friday
Insurance available for Full-Time Employees (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week)
Shift:
7am-7pm
7pm-7am
Must work every other weekend
Must work 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday
Term: Long-Term Placement
Interview: In Person
Orientation: 1st and 16th of every month (if the 1st or 16th falls on a weekend or holiday orientation will be the next business day) from 8am-5pm
Job Description: Provide care treatment and general welfare of patients. May supervise the work of others and works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift including the collection of lab work and other health screenings. Keeps informed of and follows all agency facility and unit policies and procedures. Assists the RN Supervisor with on-the-job nursing instruction.
Job Requirements:
Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint Background
Must have at least 1 year of experience
Credential Requirements:
Active Nursing License
Current American Heart Association BLS
Current TB (if you have a positive TB Chest X-ray is required)
Current Physical
Current Flu
Hep B (must show immunity)
