Job Summary
The Chemgineering Group is a global consulting and engineering company with branches in Switzerland Germany Austria Spain Mexico Poland and Serbia. As specialists for efficient processes we design and implement demanding projects for various industries in the fields of pharmaceuticals biotechnology fine chemicals medical technology cosmetics vitamins diagnostics and food.
Your Tasks
- Conceptual design and project planning of automation systems and manufacturing IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry
- Creation of electrical I&C and automation concepts based on project-specific process plant planning / process engineering
- Preparation of specifications and tender documents for hardware instrumentation and automation components ready for awarding
- Programming automation systems where necessary
- Creating and editing automation documentation with the user software systems available on the market
- Carrying out FAT and SAT for software and automation solutions for our suppliers and customers
- Supporting our well-known customers with acceptance tests installations commissioning and qualification
- Reporting and documenting your activities in accordance with the specifications
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or studies (specializing in electrical engineering automation technology) or comparable training
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the installation and servicing of process systems
- Knowledge of standard hardware (electrical instrumentation and automation components) and the associated software (control SCADA systems and DCS systems)
- Preferably experience in programming automation and visualization systems (incl. commissioning)
- Ideally you have basic knowledge of industrial IT/OT
- Ideally you have knowledge in the area of functional safety
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training
- Ability and willingness to work in a team strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel in the D/A/CH region
