DescriptionPosition Summary:
- Rise with us and be responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities programs and initiatives
- Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts
- Reinforce our commitment to associates wellbeing by assisting with the facilitation of new associates orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
- Assist in interviewing candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process
- Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
- Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team
- Plan organize and execute Take - Care events and activities for associates creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Assist with creating the hotels talent acquisition strategy networking with local organizations and attending external recruitment fairs
- Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
- Assist with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time focusing on attention to detail
- Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge in employment law
- Working rights in Australia
