We are currently looking for individuals to support our work assisting individuals with disabilities secure work.

The Vocational Rehabilitation Payments Manager shall oversee a team responsible for ensuring the quality timeliness and accuracy of payments made to partner organizations for services provided . In addition this individual will lead the regularly occurring educational calls with vocational rehabilitation partner organizations. This individual will also be responsible for creating and presenting new material leading calls and responding to technical ad hoc questions.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency the salary range for this role is $89886 to $146063; however Serco considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Education

• A Bachelors degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field and

Required Experience

Five (5) or more years experience in

• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Management
• Public Administration
• Vocational Rehabilitation
• Social Work or Policy

Nice to Have Experience:

• Knowledge of and/or experience with the SSA Ticket to Work Program
